Target Participants: Science Teachers Event Description This seminar-workshop is a hands-on professional development activity designed to enhance science teachers’ laboratory skills, confidence, and competence in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. It focuses on laboratory techniques, safety procedures, equipment handling, data interpretation, and developing classroom-ready laboratory activities. Objectives At the end of the seminar-workshop, participants are expected to: Demonstrate proper handling and use of laboratory equipment in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Apply appropriate laboratory techniques and procedures in selected science activities. Conduct laboratory activities safely and accurately following proper protocols. Interpret observations and experimental results and relate them to relevant science concepts. Enhance their confidence and competence in conducting laboratory-based science activities. Identify and develop laboratory activities that can be adapted to classroom instruction. Share effective laboratory practices and strategies with fellow science teachers.
